Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Within this period, you may inspect and evaluate the item as you would in a store, unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, excluding shipping costs. However, you are responsible for paying the cost of returning the purchased item to Ofee.
The return shipping costs are approximately €8 for a package sent with PostNL, but you are welcome to choose a different carrier.
Returning the Product
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Ofee:
● With all supplied accessories
● In its original condition
● In undamaged original packaging
● Along with the original invoice
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@ofee.nl.
We will refund the order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay us.
Depreciation
If the product is returned partially, damaged, or not at all, Ofee will deduct the depreciation.
This does not apply if the depreciation is solely due to checking the received product, as is possible in a store.
You can reduce the risk of depreciation by not using the product and avoiding any action that affects its value.
Withdrawal Form
You can use a custom cancellation form if you wish to return products.
● Ensure you return the completed form and the products you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order.
● You can also indicate your return via the standard contact form, email, or phone.

This procedure applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Ofee does not reimburse return shipping costs.
Checking the Order and Returning Defective Items
Despite all care in packaging and transport, your purchased product may be damaged or defective.
● Check your product immediately upon receipt.
● If the product is damaged or defective, inform us immediately by emailing info@ofee.nl. Include your name and the address where we can send a replacement.
Return the item to us:
● Use the original packaging as much as possible
● Include the original packing slip, documentation, and invoice (or copy)
Ofee will inspect the return and ship the replacement item as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days. If this is not possible, Ofee will contact you for further arrangements.
Note: Items damaged or defective during transport must also be returned with all accessories, original packaging, and the original invoice.
